Welcome to our new prize book layout.
The final prize book is now available in printed form at Mitchell Office Pro/B&B Pet Supplies, West Perth Library and West Perth Municipal Office.
Last year’s participants have been emailed a notification that the 2025 prize book is now available.
If you did not receive an email, we either don’t have your email address or it was entered incorrectly. If you wish to receive prize book information and be kept up to date with other fair information by email, please email secretary@mitchellfair.com. Please include your exhibitor number if possible and children’s names if applicable so that we can apply the email address to the correct account.
Online registration is now active. Please note that the deadline for online registration is midnight August 27th ,
you cannot register online Thursday morning. Paper registration can be made when delivering your items Wednesday

Exhibit Drop off & Pick up
These days refer to the week of the fair and fair weekend.
Exhibits will be accepted at the following times:
Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and
Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The doors to the Crystal Palace and the Community Centre
close 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday for Judging.
The doors to the Crystal Palace and the Community Centre
close 3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday to prepare exhibits for pick up.
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO ENTER DURING THESE TIMES.
ALL exhibits are to be picked up on
Sunday, August 31 between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
