• Tuesday evening set up (arena and crystal palace)
• Wednesday evening 6 pm to 8 pm - exhibitors drop off items this night
• Thursday morning 9 am to noon - exhibitors drop off items this morning
• Assist committees during judging Thursday - 1 pm to 4 pm

Join one these committees:

• food
• needlecraft
• wine
• vegetables and fruits

Additional jobs:

• Take a shift tending bar (smart serve is preferred, but there are other jobs that don't require it)
• Assist the entertainment committee in the arena or the Ponderosa Tent
• Assist with the Demolition Derby on Sunday evening
• Assist with the Pet Show on Sunday at 11:30 AM
• Assist with organizing the Parade – Saturday

Take a shift manning the gates:

• Friday
• Saturday
• Sunday

Assist with data entry for:

• Exhibitors (on Saturday)
• Prizes (on Saturday)
• And payouts (on Sunday)

Cleaning tables on each morning:

• Saturday
• Sunday

Garbage collection each morning 8 am to 9 am:

• Saturday
• Sunday
• Monday

Assist the Concession Committee Friday when they come:

• Inside the arena
• Or outside

Baby Show
